Welcome to DingTong. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our digital QR doorbell system and services operated by DingTong Enterprise. By using our service, you agree to these terms.

1. User Responsibilities & Data Accuracy

Users are responsible for the accuracy of the information they provide during registration. If you input incorrect information or data, DingTong Enterprise will not change or correct it for you.

Furthermore, we do not provide data retrieval services. It is the user's responsibility to manage and remember their access credentials and associated data.

2. Payments & Refunds

• No Refunds: All payments collected from receivers (owners) are final and non-refundable under any circumstances.
• Official Payments: All payments must be made exclusively through our official online system.
• Pricing: Please note that Pricing is subjected to change without warning. However, what you have paid, the system will honor what you bought.
• Special Arrangements: For special arrangements especially with non-profit organisations, a written letter or Chats from DingTong Enterprise will be handed to the committee head or the owner of the organisation before the deal is executed. All verbal consent are not legal binding.

3. Usage & Limits

• Sender Transaction Volume: Whatever option (time extension) you select to pay for your DingTong to remain active are subjected to a ceiling limit of 5,000 transactions per month.
• Phoneno Integration: Upon registration, below your Telno/Phoneno-ID field, enable "Enable Phoneno Notification" button, if you use Phoneno. Otherwise, the system can ONLY notify you via your browser.
• Expired Dingtong: All transactions related to any expired Dingtong will be purged & will never be recovered. Owners cannot get their transaction data restored; the system has already erased it from its database. They have to extend/renew their Dingtong before it expires; no reminder will be sent to the owner.
• Auto Purging: All transactions which are more than 12 months old (old transactions) will be purged/erased/removed from your database, even if your Dingtong is still active. If you want to maintain all your old transactions, you will have to pay our renewal fees in full (without discount).
• iPhone Home Screen Notification Activation: For iPhone users using the Home Screen app version, push notifications may require opening the Home Screen app at least once after a device restart, iOS update, or browser/app reset before notifications resume normally.

5. Limitation of Liability & Technical Errors

DingTong Enterprise provides the service on an "as-is" basis. We will not entertain disputes arising from technical glitches, system errors, or downtime.

If you disagree with our technical reasoning or are dissatisfied with the service performance, your sole and exclusive remedy is to self-erase your account and data from our system through the dashboard settings. No further claims will be entertained.

6. Scam Prevention

We take security seriously. If you believe you are being scammed or encounter suspicious activity related to this system, please Phoneno us immediately at +601166399139 (DingTong Support).

7. Data Deletion

As outlined in our Privacy Policy, users have the right to permanently delete their own data. This process is self-service and requires identity verification. Once data is erased, it cannot be recovered by us or any third party.

8. International Use

DingTong is designed for global use. Users are responsible for complying with their local laws and regulations regarding the use of digital notification systems and data privacy.
